Hi zaphod1310, Can you try the following for me: - Click Start > Enter "services.msc" and press Enter - Double-click the "SafeGuard(R) Scheduler Service" - On the "Log on" tab, make sure this is configured to use a domain account that can read the Active Directory - Restart the service if you make any changes then try again. The problem you're seeing can sometimes occur if the account being used in that service recently had its password reset, permissions changed or after a SafeGuard upgrade.
