Hi, Thank you for trying Sophos Home. It looks like the execute flag may have been cleared on the executable for the Installer. Usually, this shouldn't happen, so I would suggest downloading the installer again and running it. You might want to try downloading it to another folder ( i.e. Desktop) and see if it works from there. Thanks, Victor
