Forum Post: Scan Alert says Trojan needs manual clean - Log says it's cleaned and not cleaned - Is it or isn't it?

Here's the log from my MBP. Sophos Home alerted the threat, but said it must be cleaned manually. But when I clicked the "How to" button, I was taken to a Sophos download page for a Windows only app with a reference for Mac Users to go to a link to download Sophos Home = no help on "How to". So I click the file path in the Sophos Home interface alert and a Finder window showed me the file. When I selected the file without opening it (one click, not two) a Sophos Popup said "Threat Detected..." and appeared to delete the file! But the log for this time period says "Cleaned up" and "Failed to clean up" and "Access denied"! So which is it??!!! The file appears to be deleted at that location, but??? And why so complicated??!! The app description say SH is supposed to be streamlined! I'm not so sure. com.sophos.intercheck: com.sophos.intercheck: Info: On-access scanner started at 19:26 on 11 December 2015 com.sophos.intercheck: com.sophos.intercheck: 2015-12-11 20:06:40 -0500 Threat component: 'Troj/JSDown-BG' in /Users/Jeff/Library/Containers/com.apple.AddressBook/Data/Library/Mail/V3/33616049-FAA7-4AF8-9840-18A52A21BE5B/Bulk Mail.mbox/23C03A21-8700-43C9-BA81-B12F67A644CD/Data/1/3/3/Attachments/331101/2/copy_invoice_01596847.zip com.sophos.intercheck: Cleaned up file com.sophos.intercheck: 2015-12-11 20:06:40 -0500 Threat component: 'Troj/JSDown-BG' in /Users/Jeff/Library/Mail/V3/33616049-FAA7-4AF8-9840-18A52A21BE5B/Bulk Mail.mbox/23C03A21-8700-43C9-BA81-B12F67A644CD/Data/1/3/3/Attachments/331101/2/copy_invoice_01596847.zip com.sophos.intercheck: 2015-12-11 20:06:40 -0500 Threat: 'Troj/JSDown-BG' detected com.sophos.intercheck: Failed to clean up item com.sophos.intercheck: Access to the file denied com.sophos.intercheck:
