Hi Donald, if you are still using Sophos Mobile Control 4.0 you have to update to version 5 first. If you are using the Sophos Mobile Control app on iOS devices you have to make sure that they have the latest app version installed. If you are not using the SMC iOS app, there are no additional steps necessary as all things are done via the mobile device management profile. For Android devices, you have to update them first to the latest version. Otherwise, the devices won't synchronize anymore.
