Hi EmanResu, thank you for the reply. That was a week ago when she did the youtube test, and I have just re-ran the report "Top Bandwidth Users". As there have been only 3 test users so far, she is included on this report. It shows that, even though I watched her view a HD video on youtube for a few minutes, she only used 581KB total for the last 9 days. For some reason it is not tracking her bandwidth usage properly. We would like to see when users go to streaming sites like Youtube or Pandora and see how much bandwidth they consumed and how long they spent streaming.
