We were on a trial version of the Sophos Email Appliance. Our trial expired and I could not edit the Encrypted PDF Template that I created. I could go through all the settings and make changes but the Save button would not do anything. We have since gotten the licensed version installed and I still cannot edit that template. I have even removed it and tried to create a new one and it still will not let me save it. Anyone know how to fix this?
