There are automatic checks for certain keywords and syntax. If the forum system detects something it doesn't like, then this happens. Like all automated systems, created by fallible humans, it's not 100% accurate, which is why it requires staff to then moderate and approve. Calm down, you aren't being targeted, the system applies to everyone . FYI, Astaro.org had a similar system, it just never worked/triggered.
