OK. Could you just check if the policy has been received? You should find the policy fragments of the web control policy under: C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Web Control\Policy\ One of the files (you can open them in a text editor) will start with the text: --BEGIN POLICY RULES You can see under that, text such as: ['1']='allow' Where 1 is the category of "Adult or Sexually Explicit", in this case it is allowed. Given the policy looks right, the next thing might be to run Wireshark or some such tool. With that running, you should be able to see the requests Sophos is making to the SXL servers to classify websites. The responses should contain the category. Hope it helps.
