I apologize if this question is in the wrong place; your forums are extremely hard to figure out compared to other forums ive used. My Sophos found adware called CoolMirage over 45 minutes ago and the 'cleanup' has been 'in progress' ever since. Is this normal? 45 minutes seems a pretty long time for something like this. How do I proceed?
