@Detlef I have the same problem. I activated "install smc app" in my device-group and the control-app crashed and can't be opened. I deactivated the function "install smc app" and created a task to install the control-app if it is not installed (required apps - compliance rule) but it doesn't work (entgültig fehlgeschlagen). Do you have a idea what I can do?
