After installing Sophos home on one of my laptops running Win7, I was no longer able to log in to Windows using the fingerprint scanner built into the laptop. All the settings in biometric devices are correct and it recognizes the reader once logged in, but no matter what I tried, it was not functional for login after install. Uninstalled and it began working again. Reinstalled and the problem returned. Any ideas why or if their is a solution?
