Hello Dean, I highly doubt SafeGuard will work on an Intel NUC NUC5i5RYK, it's only really designed and tested for corporate grade laptops, tablets and desktop machines rather than mini PCs like this. I've seen this issue a few times on Dell Latitudes, but this was resolved with the release of SafeGuard Enterprise 7.00.1.2 Service release, available via the download section at sophos.com. Make sure you're running SafeGuard version 7 and have installed the version 7 hotfix from here: www.sophos.com/.../121787.aspx If that still doesn't work then I'm afraid it likely won't be possible to encrypt this machine.
