Forum Post: Users report being unable to access "google.com" , the url being returned is "www.google.com:8000/;audio.mp3?hash=1452607956657".

hi there we are running virtual web appliances ( version 4.2.0 ) , and it appears that Google.com is no longer accessible. The user types google.com and then is redirected to www.google.com:8000/;audio.mp3?hash=1452607956657 and displayed the " Remote Server not responding " splash screen any help would be appreciated
