Forum Post: Sophos Home - After installation update is not happening and unable to open home console

After the first time installation, sophos update was not happening and sophos home console button was showing faded. The PC reports 'not secure' status to cloud and no particular error message is available in the cloud. Which indicates that Proxy of the computer set to automatic but unable to find the proxy server. So the proxy settings of the system has changed from 'automatic' to 'none'. Then the update process restarted and it started working. Setting the proxy servers detection to 'Automatic' is the default internet explorer setting of any Win 7, 8.1 or 10 computer. So what I have experienced is a bug or is this how it suppose to behave, appreciate an expert opinion.
