Hi Doug, If you right click on the Sophos shield in the task bar and click "Open Sophos Home" are there any alerts in the user interface (There should be an alerts button in the top right of the user interface)? Also, when you sign into home.sophos.com and navigate to the device's page what device events do you have relating to the malware detected? Kind regards Nick
