hi sophos i have installed the sophos virus removal tool but everytime i tried to scan its stop and suddenly it will hang upon me then i need to force restart the my computer and re do it again but it do the same thing and when it comes to system requirement i dont see any problem because my computer met all the necessary req to use sophos and tried uninstall and reinstall it again for the 3rd time but it seems nothing helps.... hope i could get assistance from you.thanks
