After a week or so now, specifically around the time of the releases for this year's three CVE for Meltdown and Spectre via Safari 11.0.2 it seems that Sophos Home for Mac no longer functions on either MacOS device. I have tried entirely removing the application, manually deleting any remaining files and folders (nothing but logs remained and were also deleted). Afterwards, I then deleted the device in the Dashboard, 4›$ and reinstalled once again. The application began to perform an update after a successful installation. Yet once again, I am presented with an X although status of the application states that I am protected. As I expect to see an S as I would with the cloud services for business, this does not inspire confidence that the solution is working. Any feedback or suggestions please? Thank you!
