Hello SteveSzabo, first of all, there's no Free Edition of Sophos Endpoint for Windows. It's not clear what exactly company-issued means and whether Sophos was already installed or not but apparently it's your company which provides Sophos and if you think you do not have access to the Sophos software itself there's not much that can be suggested on a forum other than to contact your company's IT. And known to be Anti-virus related is pretty general. Christian
