Hi Bernard, in general it would be good to ask questions in English, so everyone can read and understand them. I am not 100% sure if I got it right but you are concerned about the "Quick access" settings when the device is still locked. In that case an attacker could deactivate the "GPS" functionality and therefore disable the "Location" feature of the app. The only possibility would be to use an "App protection" profile for the settings and send it to the device. This way, a password has to be entered when the setting should be disabled. On a Samsung S5 test device with Android 5.0 disabling the GPS setting was not possible via the lock screen.
