Forum Post: Puremessage does not quarantine spam on the inbound queue

I have installed the latest version of Puremessage on a server 2008r2SP1 server with exchange 2013 installed. ( with patch to allow install) this is the only exchange server in the organisation although they do have a server 2012 r2 AD DC as well. Puremessage is seeing external mail passing through it but it is not marking any of them as spam even though some are. on the inbound column there is over 100 emails but not one marked as spam Puremessage is also auto updating itself every 10 mins and initiates an update to the spam rules every time. This has been happening for 24 hours now update log has this Time: 20/09/2015 19:05:47 Message: AutoUpdate finished Module: ALUpdate Process ID: 29552 Thread ID: 26996 Time: 20/09/2015 19:05:47 Message: Installation of Sophos Network Threat Protection skipped Module: ALUpdate Process ID: 29552 Thread ID: 26996 Time: 20/09/2015 19:05:47 Message: Installation of Sophos System Protection skipped Module: ALUpdate Process ID: 29552 Thread ID: 26996 Time: 20/09/2015 19:05:47 Message: Installation of Sophos PureMessage skipped Module: ALUpdate Process ID: 29552 Thread ID: 26996 Time: 20/09/2015 19:05:47 Message: Installation of Sophos AutoUpdate skipped Module: ALUpdate Process ID: 29552 Thread ID: 26996 Time: 20/09/2015 19:05:47 Message: Installation of SAVXP skipped Module: ALUpdate Process ID: 29552 Thread ID: 26996 Time: 20/09/2015 19:05:47 Message: Downloading phase completed Module: ALUpdate Process ID: 29552 Thread ID: 26996 Time: 20/09/2015 19:05:29 Message: Downloading product Sophos Endpoint Security and Control from server sophos Module: SDDS2Update Process ID: 29552 Thread ID: 26996 Time: 20/09/2015 19:05:29 Message: *************** Sophos AutoUpdate started *************** Module: ALUpdate Process ID: 29552 Thread ID: 26996 any ideas on how to fix this pls Rob
