Victor: Here some additional information that may be helpful. The Threat dialog box popped up again and I took a screen shot of the Quarantine manager. The same sequence of events happened after threat dialog box opens. Opened QM (as pictured below), clicked the cleanup button and the QM changed to say that no items were cleaned. Yours, David
