No luck - it didn't work last time I upgraded a few years ago, either. Unless there's more to "rebooting" the ONT than disconnecting the battery terminal and the wall plug to remove power for a few minutes? [I don't see any other means inside the ONT cover to reset it] After swapping in the new router it stays "eth1 state Down" (I waited about 30 mins). I switched back to the old router and it gets an IP immediately. There's a specific button on Verizon's Actiontech interface to release the DHCP IP, and I remember having to use that when I decommissioned the AT to put my first UTM in its place. Shouldn't I be able to do this from the UTM root shell?
