YouTube is an option if (1) only Sophos want to provide videos, and (2) I spend more time polishing the video and explain what the video is about. Self-hosted videos can be shorter and without explaining the context as they are available from a thread that gives it the much needed context. Plus we really do want community users to provide videos as replies if they are able and feel it's a better answer. I've tested this on IE 11 and it works OK. Hmmm. There is a video transcoder module that we can install on the community and that may help. We'll get that added and check back that resolves it.
