Hi Faheem, Greetings. I suspect if you have enable Decrypt & Scan HTTPS scan in the Firewall Rule which is routing the internet traffic. HTTPS scanning must be enabled on the corresponding rule for inspecting HTTPS communication. Go to Policies and edit the rule on which HTTPS scanning is to be enabled. Also check if you have Enable Micro App Discovery option in the configured Application Filter policy to block Team Viewer. Hope that helps. Thanks Sachin Gurung
