Hi and thanks for the fast answer. No; i forgot the manipulation password who is needed to configure the client on the pc (or to delete them). Thats problem number one. The other one is, that my (online) dashboard is empty. After the installation of the sophos home client it has been displayed (a few days ago). Now i can't find the device (probably i've done a mistake by confirming my email address at the first time). But i got only 2 email addresses and i create two new accounts for both of them because 'forgot password' doesn't work (also for both addresses) . I hope sophos will show the message 'this email is already registered' ot somthing. I hope you understand my bad english :-)
