I am setting up a brand new UTM. I've set these up in the past and have never had any issues. But I'm experiencing the same problem you've described. Did you find a solution? For me it's happening on all websites. If I disable the https proxy all https sites work. If I disable the filter altogether everything works. As soon as the filter is enabled I get the timeout errors. From the UTM appliance ping, traceroute, and dns lookup are all working correctly. I'm in a crunch because I've got to hop on a plane in a bit. Got a ticket in with support but haven't heard a peep from them. If anyone has any pointers I'd be very grateful. Need to get this fixed before I fly out, or switch to another flight. ugh....
