I had the same issue as this person in the thread https://community.sophos.com/products/safeguard-encryption/f/6/t/1911 Basically what is the point of having this if the user forgets their password? They do all this work to get the challenge and response and then they still have no option to reset their password or log in. Why have this at all then? Besides the Local Self Help is there any other way a user can get their password? Thank you
