We have resolved this by performing the following steps Download the software from the Sophos Website Copy the download to the desktop of the AV server. On the AV Server you need to add your service account DOMAIN\Username to the Domain Admins group To install the software you need to run a command prompt as admin. Right click the start menu and select Command Prompt (Admin) Browse to the file you saved on your desktop earlier and run savna3sfx.msi Select Run at the following prompt Agree to the licence terms and select Next, Select Next at the following screen, Select the Data ONTAP 7-Mode and click Next, ##Do not select the clustered option as it does not work ## Enter the credentials of the service account DOMAIN\Username and select Next, Click Install at the following screen, The program will start to install and the following screen will be displayed. On completion select Close. Double click the Sophos AV machines icon displayed on your desktop. Expand the Sophos Anti-Virus for NetApp until you see AV Machines. Right click and select Switch to Cluster-Mode scanning. Select Yes at the following two prompts, Double click the Sophos AV machines icon displayed on your desktop. Expand the Sophos Anti-Virus for NetApp until you see AV Machines. Right click and select Add AV Machines, Enter the local AV server in the Name field and the vFiler Description (vFiler Head_#_NA#) and select OK. The server will be displayed and you can see the service status in the right hand pane. You can continue to add all servers that belong to the cluster until complete. Installation is now complete. Let me know how that goes Marco.
