Hey Nick, I just attempted a re-install twice. One without uninstalling first, one with. I even tried re-downloading the .exe a second time too, and still no luck. I believe the issue lies client side though, and that it's not an issue with Sophos. Do you happen to know of any common services running that may conflict with Sophos? Or maybe required open ports on the firewall? I doubt the firewall was messed with, but just in case. I definitely appreciate all of the time you are spending with me on this! :-)
