Hi Bernard, Did you check mail manager logs? You can find this option in Email Protection> Mail Manager. What logs do you discover here, when an outgoing mail is stuck? Which SMTP port is in use? Take a TCPDUMP on the specific SMTP port through UTM and verify if the communication is proper. Thanks
