Hi Laurier, Clicking the link will make the currently logged on user to authenticate on the quarantine digest website. Mail-enabled public folders don't have a login associated, and I believe you also not able to associate one. This makes those quarantined emails inaccessible from the link. As a suggestion, go to quarantine on Puremessage admin console and deliver\forward quarantined emails to a different mailbox so you can access the emails. Hope this helps.
