Hello All, Looking for help from the community on an issue I've encountered managing Website Exceptions in Sophos Home. It appears that I cannot add the same Website Exception to multiple Devices. The background is that I'm also a 1Password user (a password manager app produced by AgileBits), and I've discovered that Sophos Home interferes with the operation of the 1Password browser extensions for both Chrome and Firefox. This is a relatively common problem for 1Password and many anti-virus and security software products, and they have specific instructions for configuring many products, including Sophos home: https://support.1password.com/configure-sophos/ Suffice to say, AgileBits prescribes that a Website Exception be added to Sophos Home for 127.0.0.1. This worked for my first Device. However, when I attempted to add the same Website Exception from a second Device, upon hitting the Enter key, the spinner to the right of the textbox simply started spinning and never stopped. The Website Exception was not added to the second Device. I then tried removing the Website Exception from the first Device, and adding to the second, and to my surprise...that worked! Then attempting to add the Website Exception back to the first Device resulted in the same issue I originally encountered. I have also tested creating Website Exceptions for sites other than 127.0.01 (localhost), thinking that maybe there are some special rules or handling around the localhost specifically preventing a localhost Website Exception from being created on multiple Devices. However, I met with the same results whenever I attempted to add the same Website Exception to the second Device mo matter the site I'm attempting to add...the spinner that never ends. Now to the questions: Is there a way to add the same Website Exception to multiple Devices? Is there a way to add a single Website Exception that applies to all Devices on the same Sophos Home account, rather than trying to add the same Website Exception to each Device discretely? Is there simply something wrong with my Sophos Home account? Any help or guidance that anyone can provide would be much appreciated. TIA! -Dave
