I saw those directions before, but they present problems. They seem to say I have to install Sophos Home for Mac first on my computer and then send a link from the installed program to another computer where the operator can download Sophos Home for Mac. I run a Windows PC. I can't install Sophos Home for Mac on my Windows computer in order to send a link to another computer! And I don't have a Mac of my own. I can't even send anything by email to my brother because he doesn't have email, at least not yet. (He is not very patient and got frustrated trying to get a user name that wasn't already taken. He just got this older Mac and I'm trying to help him, at a distance, so his computer will be protected. He goes to two or three sites online and that's it. We are both disabled and getting together is very difficult because of our mobility issues and lack of transport. Isn't there any way I can get the installer onto a flash drive for him so I can "talk" him through an install, as long as I'm signed up with Sophos?
