Hi Bruno, It looks like Sophos Network Threat Protection is failing to install as the service is not starting up. I'd advise checking to see if the Base Filtering Engine service exists and that Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 is installed on the machine and forcing an update on Sophos Endpoint.
