This depends on a lot of factors. First way would be to find their MAC addresses and trace them across your network. This will only fix the ones that are exhibiting the issue. Another way is to find their MAC addresses and add a DHCP reservation for them with custom settings that limits their network connection. Inform your help desk to let you know as soon as they call through. (Bit Harsh, but it works very fast...) This will only fix the ones that are exhibiting the issue. Remember to remove it when you've updated their Drivers. Another option is if you have SCCM (or something similar) and identify all NIC driver versions then update everything to a version that fixes the problem. This will stop the issue from happening again. Using GPO's block the PC from entering sleep. Again, this only blocks the issue, it doesn't resolve it. And sometimes people will still do something that bypasses this 'fix'. You could also use a power shell script to identify the driver version of the NIC's and updated those machines using your preferred update method.
