You should never just delete SGPortable. If you do and there are any encrypted files on the drive, they won't be accessible until that drive is plugged back into a SafeGuard machine with the correct key. Check to make sure that the files aren't encrypted. Open SGPortable and look at the key colours on the files. Try opening the files on a machine without SafeGuard on it. Do you have a backup of this data?
