Forum Post: How to get back the files that I manually deleted after running Sophos anti-virus scan?

Hello. How can I get back the files that I manually deleted after running Sophos anti-virus scan? The thing is I never checked any of the files, just deleted them all on monday (so the 3 threats are gone from my mac), but now I noticed that all my Notes files are gone as well... I bet most of the files I deleted were fine :( Can someone help? I have not used TimeMachine or anything to back my files up...
