We have a laptop that was connected to our LAN but has been disconnected from our network for the last week or so. Sophos is set to the Secondary update location, but looking through the logs, it looks like I only see the client trying to update from the primary (and failing, of course). I don't see anywhere that it attempts to contact the secondary location (SOPHOS). I have verified that the updating policy is correct and that Sophos is listed as the secondary update location.
