Hello, A few things: 1. If you force an update by clicking on the shield and click "Update Now". Then open Sophos Home. Hover over About, the last Update time is good? 2. If you open Console. E.g.: cmd/applekey+space, type Console On the left navigate to /Library/Logs you should see a "Sophos Anti-Virus.log". Click that, on the right you should see the recent update you performed and messages that have gone before. E.g. com.sophos.autoupdate: Proceed with manually triggered update from Sophos at 20:36:38 29 December 2016 com.sophos.autoupdate: Download completed at 20:36:43 29 December 2016 com.sophos.autoupdate: Software is up-to-date at 20:36:43 29 December 2016 com.sophos.autoupdate: Info: Checked primary server at 20:36 on 29 December 2015 com.sophos.autoupdate: Sophos Anti-Virus is up to date Do you see any errors in that log, I see for example: com.sophos.intercheck: Info: On-access scanner started at 20:33 on 29 December 2015 Regards, Jak
