Hi Chutikorn, to me this sounds as if you only have enabled the platform "Android" within your Self Service Portal Group settings. Please check the "Group settings" tab at "Setup | Self Service Portal" and make sure an initial package is configured and the "iOS" platform is activated. Make sure to save the changes.
