Dear All, we are trying to get users from other domains in with Sophos XG & STAS Authentication suite. all of our locations have different subnets. scenario is as follows (Diagram is attached) : For Domain 1 we have our Sophos XG & Primary domain controller (DC) installed at Location 1. STAS suite (Agent+collector) is installed on DC at location 1. ADCs on Location 2 and location 3 has STAS agent installed sending information to collector on AD at location 1. users are being fetched from location 2 & 3 perfectly fine because they are in the same domain. Now for Domain 2 & Domain 3, we have installed just the STAS agent same as we did on ADCs in domain 1. but no user of Domain 2 & Domain 3 is showing up in device. what we need to do to get users of Domain 2 & Domain 3 in our appliance . shall we need to install complete STAS suite on domain 2 & 3 domain ? if yes then, can we configure our XG device for more than 1 collector (not for high availability but to get information of other domain's users) ? kindly let us know how to configure it. following KB articles is for "Additional domain controller". which i presume, works for the same domain. https://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/knowledgebase/123154.aspx for any further query, i am available.
