Hi Jason, try the following: >Log into Sophos Cloud dashboard >Go to Account > Beta Programs >Sign up for Beta by checking the checkbox >Go to Users & Devices > Devices >In the Column for Beta add the endpoints that are having this issue to the beta Program(this will allow those endpoints to download the new driver.) >Now on the endpoint, reboot it >After a reboot select update now by right-clicking on the Sophos Shield and then wait a few minutes, once the update finishes launch the Sophos Endpoint Panel and make sure the Product Version Says BETA
