Hello flo, two remarks: first - you can upload files here, normally there's no need to use some external site second - you're using Central and this has its own forum . The group Endpoint Security and Control is primarily intended for the on-premise product. While the Endpoint Software forum is fine for questions related to the actual AV component please use the Central forum for everything else. There are seemingly subtle but significant differences - especially when it comes to updating (including licensing) and management. Can't say why these files don't exist - or why AutoUpdate thinks it has to download them. As said, the mechanism is different and I don't have a device to compare with. Christian
